How we work

We go to the field
Interviews with producers, ranchers, physicians and traders. Direct observation of the operation. No desk hypotheses.

We design the experiment
Explicit thesis. Protocol, sample and success metric before starting. We acknowledge limits: with the available sample, we don't assert what we can't sustain.

We execute in short cycles
Equipment and software in parallel. Partial results in two to six weeks. We iterate with the person who lives the problem, not with those who comment from afar.

We publish what we learned
Sectoral dossier, white paper, open dataset or open source release. A Limitations section is mandatory in every white paper.
